These terms apply to all services provided by Media98.
By engaging Media98 for services, you agree to the following.
1. Scope of Work
All projects are based on the agreed quotation and written summary provided before work begins.
Work includes only what is clearly outlined in that agreement.
Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate and approval before work continues.
2. Design & Development
Websites are built using WordPress and selected themes or frameworks appropriate to the project.
Designs are developed iteratively. We may use visual references to indicate creative direction including colour, typography and layout.
A live development link will be provided for review.
You will have reasonable opportunities to request revisions before launch.
Launch is defined as making the website publicly accessible under your chosen domain.
If you choose to cancel a project before launch, payment is due for all work completed up to that point.
3. Content
Unless explicitly agreed in writing:
You are responsible for providing website text, images and media content.
Copywriting services can be provided for an additional fee.
All content supplied by you must be legally owned or properly licensed.

4. Images & Graphics
You should provide images in high-resolution digital format.

• Protection from future WordPress or plugin updates
We will always attempt to resolve issues where possible, but we are not liable for third-party software faults or updates.

We reserve the right to quote separately for work considered outside reasonable support scope.
